Fonda Oaxaqueña began in 2013 with the goal of giving the Wenatchee Valley community a more authentic taste of Mexican food and specifically southern Mexico, Oaxaca.

 

Working for more than 20 years in the food business gave us enough experience to make the decision to have our own business and give our customers a different experience of homemade food, authentic and with recipes from mom and grandmother. 

 

After 5 years as business owners, it gave us the experience and courage to take the next step, which was to be able to open another restaurant in the valley of Chelan, WA.
